In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on wg777. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. wg777 relies on the information you provide for payment processing, identity verification, and communication. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your wg777 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable pending wagering requirements or compliance checks.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wg777 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the point of transaction. wg777 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for individual accounts based on verification status or risk management requirements.

5.3 Funds Ownership. By depositing funds into your wg777 account, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment method registered in your own name and that the funds have been lawfully obtained. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited.

5.4 Processing Times. Deposits are typically credited to your wg777 account balance within minutes of a successful bank transfer or e-wallet transaction confirmation. Delays arising from third-party payment providers are outside wg777's direct control; wg777 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies promptly.

5.5 Deposit Limits. Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account responsible gaming settings. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 72 hours, during which the current lower limit remains in effect.

6.4 Compliance Holds. wg777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending additional verification checks. You will be notified of any hold and the documentation required to release it. wg777 will complete such checks as promptly as possible.

6.5 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

7.1 wg777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spin equivalents, and seasonal campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural events. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms of each individual promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and list of eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from a promotion do not count toward rollover completion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. Unexpired bonus balances and incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.

7.5 Abuse Prevention. wg777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-risk betting patterns specifically to fulfil wagering requirements, or acting in collusion with other players to extract bonus value.

7.6 Promotional Availability. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Continued availability of a promotion is not guaranteed.

8.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed by the wg777 system and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where wg777 expressly permits cancellation under specific circumstances outlined in product-level rules.

8.3 Live Casino. Live dealer game results are determined in real time by physical game outcomes (e.g., card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are final. The following activities are strictly prohibited on wg777 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and wg777 arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting wg777's support team. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without escalation.

15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notification to wg777, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.4 Nothing in this Clause prevents wg777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity.
